EXLE was excited to get its hands on this North Vancouver 70’s time warp. The interior was taken back to stud to completely update the major mechanical and electrical systems and to redesign the outdated layout. The main floor of the home is now inclusive of an additional bedroom & ensuite, an open plan kitchen and a new powder room for guests. This home is being finished with eco-friendly materials such as bamboo flooring, natural wood countertops and the existing wood framed windows are being updated with glazing replacements to avoid the off-gassing that comes along with vinyl windows. The rotten exterior deck was demolished along with the existing fence to make room for a new custom horizontal slat Cedar fence. More photos to come as the project progresses.
